Social Media-Based Sentiment Analysis: Electric Vehicle Usage in Indonesia

This research analyzes the sentiment regarding use of electric vehicles in Indonesia through social media, utilizing over 10,000 data points from Twitter. The results indicate a variation positive, negative, and neutral sentiments towards on media. Female users play significant role expressing their views actively participating discussions related to vehicles. locations with highest user activity discussing are Indonesia, DKI Jakarta, Makassar, Tangerang, Karawang. peak was observed September 2019, suggesting interest SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy 88% for positive sentiments, but performed relatively lower negative sentiments. lacks gender age respondents. Future studies should address these shortcomings gain deeper understanding public perceptions Indonesia.
